I started the program April 24, 2015. My weight was 205.8 and I was tired of my knees and ankles hurting. My bloodwork showed I was headed toward a life of diabetes. I needed a change. This is such an easy program to stick to. I am never hungry and I don't crave sweets or junk food. I have a shake for breakfast, shake for snack, bar for lunch, shake for snack, usually chicken & veggies for dinner and a shake before bed.
I was worried because I loved coffee & red meat but honestly I don't miss them. I would recommend this program to anyone who needs to lose weight for health reasons. I'm now at 170lbs and can exercise without pain. My overall heath is better and I feel 10 years younger.— Shylene Birchfield
I participated in the 12 week weight loss program with Dr. Margie Corney. I heard about the program from a friend of mine. I was desperate to try this program after a recent visit with my primary doctor gave indication that I was diabetic. My primary doctor gave me three months to turn my numbers around without medication. I have completed the 12 week plan and excited to say have lost 23 pounds. The plan was simple and easy to follow and the supplements were tasty. I'm looking for a good report from my follow up appointment with my primary doctor.
